General Information
- The bird’s eye can be rented outside of opening hours for events, such as an apéro, a company occasion, or a birthday party.
- The booking must be made at least six weeks before the event.
- The bar personnel will be provided by the bird’s eye.
We look forward to offering you and your guests a memorable event in the special ambience of the bird’s eye jazz club.
Capacity
- We can accommodate a maximum of 95 persons (including bar staff and, if applicable, a band).
Stage
- The stage is 14.7 m² and can be expanded to 18.14 m².
Catering | apéro riche
- Snacks or an apéro riche can be supplied directly by you or provided by a catering service of your choice. We are happy to help you find an appropriate caterer for your event.
- Our small tables make our club unsuitable for complete meals with table service.
Music
- The sound system is provided by the bird’s eye.
- If you need additional equipment, we will be glad to help you organize it.
- We would be happy to help you find a suitable band for your event.
